Rich uses his extensive experience to help clients identify customers’ key pain points, develop compelling messaging, and build strategic marketing campaigns that will resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness. He provides training to clients who are looking to leverage the full spectrum of marketing tactics but are unfamiliar with all the options available.
Rich earned a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University. Outside of the office, he is an avid sports fan, especially hockey. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, skiing, playing video games, spending time with his wife and two kids, and watching old episodes of The Simpsons and Seinfeld.
